We don't just manufacture; we create bespoke pieces that are built to last generations. Our workshop is a space for precision and collaboration, where every single detail matters.

Role Overview We are looking for a Head of Production who is deeply familiar with the realities of a woodworking workshop. This isn't just a desk jobyou need a real, hands-on understanding of carpentry and joinery. You will be responsible for taking a project from the drawing board to the final delivery, managing a team of skilled craftsmen, and ensuring the studio's quality standards never slip.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire manufacturing cycle for furniture projects, from initial drawings to final delivery.

- Run daily workshop operations and coordinate tasks across different teams of carpenters.

- Keep a tight grip on production schedules, stock lists, and workshop billing.

- Source materials and hardware, and manage relationships with external vendors for outsourced work.

- Work closely with the design and logistics teams to make sure everyone is on the same page.

- Take full ownership of quality control, making sure every piece is consistent and finished to perfection.

- Ensure all projects hit their deadlines without compromising on the making process.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience managing a furniture workshop or production line.

- Genuine, hands-on knowledge of carpentry, joinery, finishes, and woodworking materials.

- Experience leading teams of carpenters and craftsmen in a high-pressure environment.

- Solid ability to plan workflows, allocate resources, and keep multiple projects moving at once.

- Strong problem-solving skillssomeone who can figure out how to make a design work in the real world.

- Very high attention to detail and a personal commitment to quality.

- Good communication skills to coordinate between the workshop and the office.
