Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations for luxury menswear. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tailoring workflows, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to manage vendors and ensure timely delivery of high-end garments.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Execution:

- Develop and manage production schedules in alignment with business timelines and seasonal collections

- Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet production targets without compromising quality

- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to defined standards and timelines

Quality Control & Assurance:

- Maintain stringent quality checks at every stage of production, from fabric selection to final finishing

- Ensure all garments meet luxury brand standards in terms of fit, finish, and craftsmanship

- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions proactively

Vendor & Tailor Coordination:

- Collaborate closely with external vendors, workshops, and in-house tailoring teams

- Ensure clear communication of design specifications, measurements, and finishing requirements

- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong, long-term relationships

Sampling & Development Management:

- Oversee the sampling process from concept to final prototype

- Coordinate with designers and pattern makers to ensure accurate execution of designs

- Ensure timely approvals and iterations of samples

Delivery & Timeline Management:

- Track production progress and ensure on-time delivery of finished garments

- Address any delays or bottlenecks in the production cycle efficiently

- Coordinate logistics and dispatch to ensure seamless delivery

Requirements:

- 6-9+ years of experience in luxury menswear production

- Strong knowledge of tailoring techniques, garment construction, and production workflows

- Proven experience in managing vendors, artisans, and production units

- Exceptional attention to detail with a quality-driven mindset

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

- Strong communication and coordination skills
