Production Manager - Lean Manufacturing

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise daily production schedules and targets.

- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.

- Monitor product quality, reduce waste, and improve process efficiency.

- Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and QA teams.

- Enforce safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma preferred.

- Proficiency in ERP/production planning software
