Production Manager - Electronics & Mechanical Assemblies

- Responsible for production of Electronics & Mechanical assemblies, testing and clearance from customers & agencies.

- Lead team of Production Engineers and Technicians.

- Supervise teams to achieve production goals and maintain a high level of performance.

- Control production flow, material flow and inventory to achieve production and quality targets.

- Ensure compliance of various standards like AS9100, ISO, VDA, ANSI.

- Responsible for achieving production KPIs: First Time Right, On Time Delivery, Quality targets, Turn Around Time.

- Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities in production.

-Work with cross functional teams to extended support to projects and design to implement lessons learnt.

- Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing plans, Bill of material, Work instruction, control plans and procedures.

- Lead method team for technical reviews addressing PCBA trouble shooting, non-conformances and perform root cause corrective action investigation related to manufacturing processes.

- Lead problem solving with suppliers and customers to address quality issues and drive product/process improvements.

- Responsible for material planning with purchase to ensure production targets are met with minimum inventory.

- Material issuance and consumption in SAP.
