Production Head ( Formulation OSD )

Job Highlights :

- Achieving required production targets by efficient planning of man,material and machines of OSD plant

- To ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality

- To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of his department personnel is carried out and adapted according to need

Accountability :

- Accountable for Manufacturing, Tech Transfer, Site transfer, Packing activities of Formulation unit .

- Production Planning:

- Review and execution of manufacturing and dispatch schedule for weekly as well as monthly basis.

- Coordinating activities with other departments to achieve targeted schedules of OSD forms.

- Achieving required production targets by efficient planning of man, material and machines.

- Involvement in new product development, validation and ensuring the quality product with respect to CGMP requirements.

- Converting manual operation in automation to reduce manpower cost and compliance through documented evidence.

- Handling of deviation, change controls, investigation and incidences if any during process.

- Review of PV protocol, reports and relevant QMS documents.

- Response of market complaints, compliance of CAPA, Customer and regulatory audits.

- Must be working Sr. Manager & Above level in OSD FORMULATION PLANT is mandatory.

- Must be comfortable in Marathi Langvage
