Production Head - Edible Oil

Experience:

18+ Years (including 10+ years in leadership roles with P&L responsibility)

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve production targets, operational excellence, and sustainability goals.

- Lead factory operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with all standards.

- Oversee quality management, vendor audits, and regulatory compliances.

- Drive P&L performance while optimizing costs and maximizing revenue.

- Streamline systems and implement lean manufacturing practices.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.

Required Candidate Profile

Education:

B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (mandatory)

MBA in Operations Management (mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum 18+ years in Edible Oil factory operations.

At least 10 years in senior leadership positions with P&L accountability.

Proven track record of operational excellence, lean manufacturing implementation, and compliance leadership
