Production & Product Delivery Manager - Telecom

Responsibilities:

- Establish, implement, and continuously refine policies and processes related to customer order prioritization, supply planning, purchase orders, inventory management, and master data governance.

- Collaborate closely with EMS partners and local component suppliers to align on sales forecasts, demand plans, and execution of new business models.

- Coordinate with production, procurement, and planning teams to develop reliable production schedules and purchase plans.

- Manage the supply and distribution plan to ensure inventory is deployed to the right warehouses, in the right quantities, at the right time.

- Oversee the creation, issuance, and closure of purchase orders, ensuring timely supply, reduced lead times, and minimized supply variability.

- Work with the global planning team and suppliers to resolve issues related to delivery, service levels, and product quality.

Background & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or end- to- end planning management.

- Proven experience in leading or developing a high- performing planning team, delivering strong results in customer service, inventory efficiency, and cost optimization.

- Strong experience in process design, system optimization, and KPI- driven performance management.

- Hands- on expertise with ERP and advanced planning tools; SAP experience preferred.

- Exposure to consulting projects related to planning, ERP implementation, or inventory management is a plus.

- Experience working with China- based supply chains; familiarity with Chinese language or working with Chinese- speaking stakeholders is preferred.
