Product Trainer & Marketing Manager - Industrial Consumables - Repair & Maintenence

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom and practical training programs.

- Provide technical support and product application training to customers and employees.

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote products.

- Prepare training materials and presentations.

- Lead and guide the training team.

- Visit customer sites for product demonstrations and technical training when required.

Requirements:

- 10-12 years of relevant experience.

- Minimum 6 years of team handling experience.

- Strong application knowledge in Cement, Power, Steel, Sugar, or Mining industries (Mandatory).

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Willing to travel as per business requirements.
