Product Supply Manager

Description:

As a Product Supply Manager, you will collaborate across crossfunctional teams and play a key role in ensuring seamless supply operations. The position is responsible for endto-end supply planning, coordination with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), and maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Planning & Execution:

- Develop and maintain monthly supply plans for CMOs, considering inventory levels, open orders (firm and planned), and business priorities.

- Issue purchase orders and forecasts to CMOs based on the approved supply plan, and monitor deliveries to ensure adherence to requested timelines.

- Proactively identify and manage supply constraints to minimize business impact.

Master Data & Process Ownership:

- Maintain accurate supply planning parameters and purchasing conditions for all SKUs.

- Serve as the expert user for key planning master data, ensuring integrity, completeness, and continuous improvement.

- Set and maintain all required master data elements with a strong focus on accuracy and governance.

Stakeholder & Partner Management:

- Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

- Coordinate closely with manufacturing, regulatory, quality, and distribution teams to ensure smooth and timely product launches.

- Communicate supply status, risks, and mitigation plans to relevant stakeholders.

Inventory & Stock Management:

- Recommend stockholding levels across the supply chain based on a deep understanding of planning parameters such as safety stock, lead times, supply reliability, demand variability, and service objectives.

- Align stock strategies with working capital targets and overall business goals.

- Perform monthly inventory reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
