Were looking for a Product Strategy Growth professional with 46 years of experience to shape and scale customer growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role combines strategic consulting discipline with hands-on B2C product execution, using data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement.
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to execute growth strategies
- Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas.
- Present insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 4 -6 years total experience.
At least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) OR 23 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort)
Tools & Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred)
- Hands-on with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis
- Experience in product-led retention and scaling loyalty programs
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
