- Bachelors degree (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent from premier / Tier 1 educational institutions   - 3+ years of experience in software product development with demonstrated success defining and building excellent web-based and mobile products  - Should have prior experience of working in a internet organization in a product development role   - Should have handled development of web-based products aimed at large audience in a product manager role   - Should demonstrate excellent teamwork, communication, organizational, and leadership skills  - Experience of working with Agile teams, including the ability to create and manage a product backlog and make the appropriate prioritization choices will be a BIG PLUS   - Should have prior experience of independently managing software product life cycle.
