Product Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Support strategic product planning and launch cycles.

- Define and implement product segment strategies.

- Act as a primary interface between customers and development teams.

- Manage CRM updates and maintenance.

- Resolve client issues and manage requirements via Hubspot ticketing.

- Handle email communications and generate monthly usage reports.

Required Skills/Experience:

- 3-5 years of product experience in the US healthcare domain.

- Strong understanding of technology and IT systems.

- US clinical healthcare experience (preferred).

- Ability to communicate product vision and drive execution.

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
