Role Summary:

- We are seeking a high-caliber Product Specialist to lead our Retail Sales product strategy within the Asset Management space.


- You will be responsible for driving the distribution of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF (Alternate Investment Funds), and other Third-Party Products by enhancing the technical competency of our internal teams. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong networking ability, capable of translating complex investment strategies into simple, persuasive communications that drive market share and improve product mix.

Responsibilities:

- Regional Training & Enablement: Design and conduct high-impact training modules and regular knowledge sessions for internal employees, focusing on product technicalities, market trends, and competitive positioning.

- Partner with the Sales team to expand the distribution footprint and optimize the product mix, ensuring a balanced portfolio of AUM across various asset classes.

- Product Communication Simplification: Collaborate with the core Product team to create "jargon-free" and compelling marketing collateral, sales pitches, and educational content for focused products.

- Market Intelligence & Peer Analysis: Provide the Investment team with granular feedback on peer product performance, market positioning, and successful sales strategies observed on the ground.

- Feedback Loops for Business Enhancement: Act as the primary conduit for on-ground feedback, identifying operational or technical bottlenecks to enhance overall business activities and sales velocity.

- Stakeholder Networking: Build and maintain strong internal networks across Sales, Investments, and Compliance to ensure seamless product launches and lifecycle management.

- AIF & PMS Specialization: Drive the adoption of sophisticated investment vehicles like Alternate Investment Funds (AIF) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS) among retail and HNI distributors.

- Performance Monitoring: Track the success of regional product campaigns and knowledge interventions, using data to refine future training strategies.

- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all product communications and sales trainings adhere strictly to SEBI and AMFI guidelines regarding performance disclosure and risk warnings.

Technical Requirements:

- Product Mastery: 8+ years of experience in the AMC or Wealth Management sector with deep knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIFs.

- Investment Knowledge: Strong understanding of capital markets, macroeconomic indicators, and investment philosophies (Value, Growth, Blend).

- Communication Design: Proven ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.

- Market Acumen: Hands-on experience in analyzing peer products and identifying market gaps.

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications: NISM Series X-A / X-B or CFA Level 1/2 is highly desirable.

- Presentation Skills: Ability to engage and influence large groups of sales professionals through digital and physical platforms.

- Data Analytics: Familiarity with tools like Morningstar, Bloomberg, or Value Research for competitive benchmarking.
