Job Title: Product Solutions Manager - Digital Banking

Reports to: Lead, Business Solutions Group

Role Summary:

The Product Solutions Manager will lead the development and delivery of digital banking solutions that enhance customer experience and align with business goals. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and manage end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital banking products and enhancements.

- Gather business requirements and create technical documentation (BRDs, CINs, PAC notes, etc.).

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide solution development.

- Manage digital projects using Agile or similar methodologies.

- Collaborate with IT, operations, marketing, compliance, and external vendors.

- Ensure regulatory compliance and perform risk assessments.

- Monitor solution performance and report key metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital banking, cash management, or business solutions.

- Strong understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and system integrations.

- Experience with Agile, Jira/Trello, and stakeholder engagement.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
