Role Overview
As a Product Sales Specialist, you will engage with warm, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) through structured, consultative conversations. You'll help learners identify the right programs that align with their professional goals, handle objections effectively, and ensure smooth conversions through disciplined follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultative B2C sales calls to convert warm leads into successful enrollments.
- Understand and map learner goals to the most relevant programs and career pathways.
- Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate updates and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handovers and optimize conversion funnels.
- Drive and achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Handle objections empathetically and provide clear, value-driven communication across phone, video, email, and chat.
- Contribute to process improvements by sharing insights from learner interactions and feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in consultative or inside B2C sales (preferably in EdTech or education).
- Exceptional English communication skills-spoken and written.
- Proven track record of converting warm leads and achieving sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, structured, and self-motivated professional with a resilient and customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined in managing pipelines and follow-ups
