Hiring for "Product Sales Manager - Transaction Banking" in a leading Bank.

Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: This team is the SPOC for the client for any kind of GTS products requirements.
- They will own and be responsible to achieve the business numbers (jointly with various business segments) in terms of Fx, Fee and interest income from Trade FB Book, NFB, and CASA.
- Client Coverage & Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and driving client engagement to increase product adoption.
- Client Solution and Service: Team works closely with client to structure and deliver the right solutions.
- Ensure proper service delivery to customers in case of any escalation by coordinating with Ops, and another relevant stakeholder.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams (e.
- Product Managers, Solution Delivery managers, Risk, Compliance, IT, Ops) to ensure seamless delivery of GTS products and services to the customers.
- Overseeing the end-to-end sales process and ensuring smooth transitions from sales to implementation.
- Sales Process Management: Driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including coordination with legal, operations, and technology teams to finalize agreements and hand over the deal for implementation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and the performance of GTS products.
- Reviewing pricing strategies and market positioning, ensuring that products perform as expected and address underperformance proactively.
- Mentorship & Development: Supporting team members through training and mentorship to build a high-performing sales team that consistently achieves targets.
- Qualifications: Total work experience of 12 to 18 years in Banking industry, with preferred experience in Trade/ Supply Chain Finance/CMS Export, Import, Discounting/ LCBD, LC/BG, CMS solutioning, Govt mandates, Payable-Receivable products.
- Required Skills: Experience in GTS products, strong client relationship management, sales process management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Preferred Skills: Experience in Trade/Supply Chain Finance, CMS solutions, and government mandates.
