About the Role:

The Product Sales Manager Ceramic Fiber Products will be responsible for driving business growth across key industrial sectors by promoting a range of ceramic fiber solutions, including blankets, boards, modules, and papers.

This role requires strong technical understanding, strategic sales planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets for ceramic fiber products.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client meetings, and tender participation.

- Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals; lead negotiations and close orders with clients, EPC contractors, and consultants.

Technical & Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Collaborate with Technical, Operations, Erection, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate specifications, pricing, and solution alignment.

- Work closely with CAD, Purchase, Logistics, and Factory teams for BOQ approval, dispatch planning, and project execution.

- Support customer queries by providing technical insights on ceramic fiber applications and thermal insulation solutions.

Project & Account Management:

- Track customer billing, advance payments, and ensure timely follow-up for outstanding collections.

- Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring repeat business and consistent customer satisfaction.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

MBA

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales of ceramic fiber products, thermal insulation materials, or related industrial solutions.

Strong technical understanding of thermal insulation and refractory applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and willingness to travel extensively for client and site visits.
