Responsibilities:
- To handle Graduate/post graduate/and higher education programs.
- Handle a team of 10+ team members.
- Collaborate & strong communication with universities and institutions for selling our graduate / post graduate programs which are autonomous and University accredited.
- Oversee business development of PG level Executive programs for working professionals.
- Working on business development and tie ups with national and international universities for collaborative programs.
- Oversee all India level admissions for PG full time programs.
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
- Assists in the development of the sales plan.
- Prepares sales forecasts.
- Organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.
- Work collaboratively across teams.
- Alignment with the organization goals and mission.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
