The Company is a rapidly growing super-subscription app that aggregates all top AI models into a single, unified platform. As we continue to scale our user base, we are now expanding our capabilities and venturing into the cutting-edge agentic AI space.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Product/Project Manager to wear multiple hats and drive our technical product forward. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our customers and our engineering team. You will be responsible for learning from user experiences to shape the product vision, while simultaneously project-managing and leading the tech team to execute that vision seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer-Centric Product Strategy: Actively engage with and learn from our customers to gather insights, define product requirements, and build a roadmap that aligns with our rapid growth.

- Technical Leadership: Lead and guide the engineering team, ensuring that product goals translate into clear technical milestones.

- End-to-End Execution: Act as both a Product Manager and a Project Manager, overseeing the software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

- Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure smooth communication and workflow between stakeholders, balancing innovative product features with technical feasibility.

Requirements:

- A strong foundation in software development and engineering is mandatory. You must deeply understand how technical products are built to effectively lead the tech team.

- Proven experience successfully handling both Product Management (discovery, strategy, user experience) and Project Management (delivery, timelines, sprint planning).

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and independently steer technical initiatives.

- A strong understanding of or interest in AI models, platforms, and the agentic space is highly preferred
