Develop Online Motor Portal for B2B program, tie up with the various insurer for the B2B Online platform. 2. Provide Online Solutions for General Insurance products. 3. Undertake Channel Partnership and OEM Tie-ups and Web Integration. 4. Develop Motor Claims process and Service Level Agreements with clients and Insurers. 5. Manage entire Backend operations for Motor product Vertical. 6. Identify Product / Process gaps and suggest changes. 7. Drive Renewal /retention processes. 8. Drive various initiatives aimed at increasing lead generation. 9. Prepare training and product knowledge content to assist the contact centre team and third party channels. 10. Responsible for developing and maintaining Customer- Web interfaces. 11. Identify market trends and competitive products, training business vertical in product terms. 12. Responsible for customer analytics - with the aim of enhancing revenue and visibility for the clients.
