About the Role:

Experience: 14+ years (5+ years as Product Owner).

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Software Product Owner to define the vision, roadmap, and execution of software products.

You will act as the bridge between business, technology, and end-users, ensuring products deliver maximum value and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for web/mobile solutions.

- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Own the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features and releases.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and align objectives.

- Ensure products meet quality standards and compliance requirements.

Must-Have:

- 14+ years of experience; 5+ years as a Product Owner in web/mobile software.

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience in regulated industries.

- Knowledge of industry compliance standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).

- Product Owner certification (CSPO or equivalent).

- Lean/Build-Measure-Learn mindset.

Education:

- Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
