Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced PAM Product Owner to lead and scale Privileged Access Management capabilities across a large, complex enterprise environment. This role provides strategic and operational ownership of PAM platforms covering server estate, cloud, secrets management, and endpoint privilege management, with a strong focus on risk reduction, governance, and business adoption.

You will lead the PAM product function, define strategy and roadmaps, oversee architecture and delivery, and ensure PAM solutions align with enterprise security, regulatory, and cloud transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the PAM Product Team, ensuring secure and scalable PAM capabilities

- Define and own the PAM product strategy, roadmap, and solution scope

- Oversee PAM architecture and technical designs in partnership with solution architects

- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of PAM solutions to reduce privileged access risk

- Establish and embed a Target Operating Model, including governance and operating processes

- Represent PAM in governance forums, steering committees, and leadership discussions

- Partner with audit and risk teams to address findings and strengthen compliance posture

- Align PAM initiatives with broader enterprise programs and cloud transformation efforts

- Measure success through risk reduction, ROI, and business value delivery

Required Experience & Skills

- 8+ years of senior information security experience, with 5+ years specializing in PAM

- Strong expertise in PAM technologies, strategies, and compliance frameworks (ISO, CIS, etc.)

- Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure (Windows, Unix/Linux, databases, enterprise applications)

- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-year security or IAM/PAM programs

- Experience with vendor evaluation, selection, and strategic delivery

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership

- Hands-on experience operating in Agile / Product-based delivery models

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in STEM, IT, Finance, or Business-related fields

- Strong understanding of regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements in PAM environments

- Experience working with auditors, regulators, and third-party security partners.
