Product Owner - Payments

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and prioritize the product backlog for payment-related solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.

- Lead large-scale transformation projects involving payment systems and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Drive the design, development, and enhancement of payment products and services, including MT/MX messaging, SWIFT, ISO20022, cross-border payments, clearing, and settlement.

- Work hands-on with payment systems such as GPP, VolPay, T24, and C2P to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to facilitate smooth communication and delivery.

- Provide expert guidance on end-to-end payment flows and ensure compliance with global banking standards.

- Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements while maintaining high quality and performance standards.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- 10-12 years of experience as a Product Owner in the Payments domain.

- Strong expertise in global payments, including MT/MX messaging, SWIFT, ISO20022 standards, cross-border payments, clearing, and settlement.

- Hands-on experience with payment platforms such as GPP, VolPay, T24, and C2P.

- Demonstrated experience managing large transformation projects using BA, PM, or hybrid methodologies.

- Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across regions.

Note:

- Only candidates with global banking experience will be considered. Experience limited to Indian banking will not be eligible.
