Product Owner - Loan Originations

Key Responsibilities:

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment

- Ability to prioritize effectively and navigate ambiguity

- Exposure to Loan origination and underwriting, Rating system, Risk based pricing

- Strong knowledge of Lending principles, risk assessment, ratio analysis

- Exposure to regulatory compliance is desirable

- Sound conceptual foundation in banking, risk management practices

- Sound quantitative analytical skills with strong problem solving capabilities

- Sound knowledge of a Software Product lifecycle and data visualization Capabilities

- Sound knowledge of functional design - from critical Data points capture to Application design, development & MIS creation

- Work closely with business to define product functionality, features and roadmap

- Maintain and prioritizes the product backlog to ensure that the team is working on features that maximize business value

- Responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle

- Proficiency in JIRA for story creation, backlog management, and sprint planning

- Familiarity with Confluence or similar tools for documentation.

Preferred Experience:

- 15 to 20 years of relevant banking/ finance industry experience combined with software product development

- Experience in building systems on loan originations, Collateral system,loan servicing systems, workflow system

- Excellent knowledge of AGILE software development methodology and basic SQL

- Excellent knowledge of Product Implementation
