Product Owner - IT

Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Prioritize product features and requirements based on business value and customer needs.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.

- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to deliver product releases.

- Manage the product backlog and ensure that it is well-maintained and prioritized.

- Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.

- Monitor and analyze product performance, and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure that the product meets the needs of the users and stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- 10 to 15 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.

- Proven experience in application development, SDLC, and software product ownership.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Experience with Agile methodologies
