
- We are seeking a Product Owner to manage feature requirements, maintain a well-organized backlog, and work alongside Product Leads, stakeholders, and technical teams to bring high-quality solutions to life.
- This role focuses heavily on execution, clarity of requirements, and ensuring that development efforts are aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for gathering and detailing product requirements.
- Translate business inputs into well-defined user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
- Own, organize, and maintain the product backlog based on priorities set by Product Leads and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular backlog refinement and work planning sessions with the technical team.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and validate technical feasibility.
- Support the design process by providing user flows, basic wireframes, or sketches using tools like Figma or Balsamiq.
- Validate completed work against requirements to ensure it meets business needs before release.
- Gather and consolidate user feedback to propose refinements and improvements.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and work with teams to address them.
- Assist in preparing documentation such as feature guides, help articles, and process diagrams.
- Participate in key team discussions, sprint demos, and retrospectives as needed to support ongoing development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a related role.
- Strong skills in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar systems.
- Comfortable creating user flows, diagrams, and wireframes using tools like Figma or Balsamiq.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with product development best practices, iterative delivery methods, and feedback cycles
