Product Owner - Healthcare Product (Full-Time)

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business goals

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate features into detailed user stories

- Write and maintain functional & non-functional requirements documentation and develop low-fidelity wireframes

- Review and formally accept user stories against defined acceptance criteria

- Drive the Agile Scrum process, ensuring timely delivery of features

- Understand and communicate system architecture, data flows, and integration points (e.g, Rhapsody, Corepoint, Mirth, Comm Server)

- Represent the voice of the business to the development team

- Support the team in UAT/test case review and ensure smooth delivery

Required Skills & Experience

- Healthcare industry experience with strong understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows

- Proven expertise in Agile Scrum and backlog management

- Proficiency in SDLC, APIs, SQL databases, and system integrations

- Experience creating wireframes, UML diagrams, and documentation

- Ability to translate high-level features into detailed user stories

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
