Job Title: Creative Product Owner
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days WFO)
Location: Bavdhan (Pune)
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Market Research
- Conduct market research to understand consumer cohorts (Gen Z, Gen Alpha).
- Build strategies post stakeholder discussions.
- Drive brand awareness & market propagation plans.
- Study distribution networks & build communication strategies.
- Define and execute GTM strategy & product launch plans.
Creative Ownership:
- Lead visual communication strategy.
- Build & maintain brand aesthetic assets library.
- Own creative communication plans & campaign execution.
- Design product packaging concepts.
- Develop marketing collaterals & social media presence.
- Manage distributor & partner communication.
Service Design & Process:
- Design workflows for smooth adoption by distributors, retailers & consumers.
- Identify and optimise process opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams for seamless execution.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing with a strong creative & strategic mindset.
- Proven experience in brand building, GTM strategy & creative ownership.
- Strong understanding of Gen Z & Gen Alpha consumer psychology.
- Hands-on with visual communication & marketing campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management & execution skills
