Enterprise Systems Product Owner
Location : Bangalore ( Hybrid)
Time Zone : Required overlap with US-based teams
Reports to : Manager, Product Management/Technical Product Management Director
About the Role :
- We are seeking an Enterprise Systems Product Owner based in India to own and drive delivery for a defined set of capabilities within our enterprise systems landscape. This role is accountable for translating business needs into clear, prioritized work for delivery teams, ensuring solutions are valuable, usable, and aligned with broader platform strategy.
- The Product Owner works closely with Solution Architects, developers, and business stakeholders across the lead-to-cash lifecycle. This role is critical to ensuring that the right problems are being solved, stories are well-defined, and delivery teams are set up for success from discovery through release.
- This position is well-suited for someone with hands-on experience in enterprise systems who is ready to operate with clear ownership, strong collaboration, and delivery focus in a fast-paced, global environment.
Required Qualifications :
Experience & Background :
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field
- 3-6+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite or other enterprise platforms in a delivery-focused environment
- Experience supporting Agile or Scrum-based delivery teams
Product & Delivery Skills :
- Proven ability to write clear, high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and the Product Owner role
- Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on business outcomes
- Comfort working with technical teams and understanding solution-level trade-offs
Tools & Platform Knowledge :
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile delivery platforms
- Working knowledge of the specific enterprise system concepts, objects, and workflows
- Enterprise System Administrator certification required or willingness to obtain shortly after hire
Professional Skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and US-based stakeholders
