Product Owner - Digital Banking
Description:
- 7+ years of experience in banking or financial services product development.
- Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, customer onboarding, and loan origination systems.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with banking compliance standards (PCI, WCAG, FFIEC).
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog for digital banking initiatives.
- Define user stories, features, and acceptance criteria aligned with banking workflows.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
- Work closely with clients and product managers to refine the product roadmap.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
- Ensure timely releases with strong documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation, release notes, and training materials.
