Product Owner - Customer IAM

Job Title: Product Owner-Customer IAM.

Location: Pune.

Experience: 12+Years.

Mode of Work: Hybrid.

Employment Type: Full time.

Primary Skills:

- 12+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years as Product Owner/Manager.

- Proven experience with CIAM platforms or identity services.

- Deep understanding of digital authentication( CIAM, IAM,PINGID, FORGE ROCK) methods and compliance standards.

- Strong background in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and backlog ownership.

- Technical literacy in IAM architecture or security concepts.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Secondary Skills:

- Experience in financial services, regulatory environments, or cybersecurity.

- Hands-on familiarity with IAM protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).

- Prior work with identity platforms (e.g. Certifications like CSPO, SAFe POPM, CISSP, or equivalent).
