Product Owner - B2B SaaS

Key Success Metrics:

The successful candidate will be measured on:

- Product roadmap delivery against commitments.

- Sprint predictability and release success rate.

- Quality and completeness of requirements and user stories.

- Backlog readiness and prioritization effectiveness.

- Stakeholder satisfaction and alignment.

- Feature adoption and customer impact.

- Reduction in requirement-related rework and delivery delays.

Must-have skills:

- 4 -6 years of Product Owner/Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.

- Strong product delivery and execution experience.

- Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and working closely with Engineering teams.

- Excellent Internal stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Strong analytical thinking and requirement clarification abilities.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good-to-have:

- Exposure to AI-driven products or AI feature delivery.

- Security domain experience

- Experience collaborating with UX teams alongside Engineering.

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Target companies (examples):

Product-based SaaS organizations. Please prioritize candidates with strong Product Owner responsibilities and execution-focused experience. While domain knowledge in security is a plus, demonstrated Product delivery skills is the highest priority.
