About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven Product Owner to join our early-stage AI healthcare startup. The role requires owning product delivery end-to-end from understanding business problems to defining requirements, coordinating execution, and ensuring successful release. The ideal candidate should combine product thinking, business acumen, structured communication, an ownership mindset, and strong stakeholder coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery.
- Convert business problems into clear product requirements and user flows.
- Write crisp, structured PRDs, features, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, leadership, and business stakeholders.
- Drive execution and ensure timely delivery in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Think through edge cases, workflows, dependencies, and product scalability.
- Participate in product design discussions and improve user experience.
- Work on AI-enabled healthcare workflows and support product decisions.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner / Associate Product Manager / Product Manager.
- Preferably from the US Healthcare domain with an understanding of EMR/EHR, value-based care, healthcare workflows, and patient/provider journeys.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and create structure.
- Strong ownership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to challenge requirements and think beyond obvious use cases.
