Job Role: Product Owner

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle.

- Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog based on customer value, business priorities, and technical feasibility.

- Translate business requirements into detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and functional specifications.

- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, QA, Data, and Business teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

- Drive product enhancements, feature releases, and continuous platform improvements.

- Define product KPIs, monitor performance, and leverage customer feedback to improve adoption and user experience.

- Work with enterprise integrations including ERP, DMS, CRM, Dealer Systems, and third-party APIs.

- Conduct customer workshops, product demonstrations, stakeholder meetings, and RFP/RFI discussions.

- Ensure successful product delivery while balancing business objectives, customer expectations, quality, and timelines.

- Drive innovation by identifying new digital capabilities within the Automotive Aftersales ecosystem.
