Job Summary:

D Square Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategic direction and execution of AI-powered retail commerce products. This role is pivotal in defining product vision, prioritizing features, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and business growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4-6 years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail technology, mobile-first consumer applications, or multi-sided marketplaces.

- Proven track record of launching products from concept to market.

- Experience managing products for multiple diverse user personas.

- Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle and agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Expertise in backlog prioritization techniques (RICE, MoSCoW, Kano).

- Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.

- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Linear.

- Understanding of retail operations, inventory management, e-commerce user journeys, and mall operations.

- Basic technical acumen to engage with engineering teams, including knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and cloud platforms.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to present complex ideas clearly and influence decisions.

Good to Have:

- MBA or equivalent from a premier institution.

- Experience with AI-powered product features or ML-driven functionalities.

- Background in retail tech, PropTech, startups, or scale-ups.

- Certification in product management (CPM, CSPO, etc.).

- Experience managing multi-tenant SaaS platforms and growth strategies like SEO/ASO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned to company strategy.

- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, acting as a liaison among stakeholders.

- Lead backlog grooming, user story creation, and sprint planning.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, and business teams to deliver quality products on time.

- Drive product innovation with AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.

- Monitor success metrics, analyze product performance, and iterate based on data insights.

- Conduct regular stakeholder communications, including demos, reports, and business cases.

- Champion user-centered design and seamless user experiences across the product ecosystem.
