
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize product requirements.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog using Agile methodologies.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of digital supply chain solutions.
- Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and drive continuous product improvement.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across global business units.
- Support the organization's digital transformation and sustainability initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst managing digital products.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain or Warehouse Distribution domains.
- Hands-on experience with Agile / DevOps (ADO) tools.
- Strong expertise in user story writing, requirements gathering, backlog management, and user testing.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with minimal supervision.
