Product Owner

Role Overview:

The Product Owner is responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-class data management and governance solutions.

This position manages and prioritizes the product backlog, translates market and user requirements into actionable development tasks, and ensures seamless delivery of high-quality features that drive customer value and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define, communicate, and execute a clear product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

- Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, capturing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria rooted in best practices for data management and SaaS platforms.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver core platform enhancements, integrations, and new features on schedule.

- Conduct customer interviews and analyze market data to gather insights, inform product decisions, and promote continuous improvement.

- Oversee sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective reviews, ensuring agile development processes yield solutions that satisfy both business and technical stakeholders.

- Own and drive the quality assurance process: validate deliverables, conduct user testing, and incorporate customer feedback throughout the development cycle.

- Monitor, analyze, and report key product performance metrics to optimize adoption, retention, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.

- Champion platform usability, scalability, and compliance with relevant data protection and governance standards.

- Serve as the main liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure requirements, expectations, and feedback are consistently addressed.
