Bluehim Solution is actively looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong domain knowledge in Banking, Payments, and Funds Transfer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the product roadmap and backlog for banking and payments solutions

- Collaborate with business teams, clients, and end-users to gather and refine product requirements

- Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria

- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

- Ensure product compliance with financial regulations and security standards

- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet client expectations

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in product ownership or product management roles

- Strong domain expertise in banking, digital payments, and funds transfer systems

- Hands-on experience with SWIFT, RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and clearing systems

- Solid understanding of payment flows, regulatory compliance, and transaction lifecycle

- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure

- Prior experience with banking/payment platforms or fintech products

- Familiarity with APIs, integration workflows, and enterprise systems

- Certifications in Product Management or Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSPO, SAFe PO, etc.)
