Position : Product Ops Who we are looking for ? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Ops, a leading innovator in digital transformation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in product operations, with 1-2 years of relevant experience. They should be adept at understanding business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing requirements effectively. Responsibilities: As a Product Ops, you will be responsible for: - Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all business teams to gather requirements and facilitate correct prioritization for the product team. - Ensuring the maintenance of Management Information System (MIS) for the product team, providing valuable insights and data-driven decision-making support. - Monitoring and tracking the success metrics of the product team, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics. - Taking ownership of product delivery, ensuring timely releases, and managing the expectations of the sales team. - Facilitating agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to foster collaboration and transparency within the product team. - Shielding the product team from external distractions and interruptions, allowing them to focus on their commitments. - Identifying and mitigating impediments or blockers that may hinder the progress of the product team, escalating when necessary. - Encouraging continuous improvement by coaching the product team in agile principles and best practices. - Collaborating with stakeholders to refine product backlogs, ensuring they are clear, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives. Work Experience & Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. - 1-2 years of hands-on experience in product operations, preferably in a fast-paced tech-driven environment. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is a plus. - Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams. - Proven track record of successfully managing product deliveries and meeting or exceeding targets.
