Product Marketing - Rural Banking Business
About The Role:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be leading a GTM strategy to drive launch of existing Products in Newer Rural Markets. Work with Product Management Team in developing newer Products or Line Extensions for the Rural Segment. Work towards driving effective campaigns to increase penetration in existing rural markets
You will collaborate with product & cross-functional teams and external agencies to connect the dots, find new opportunities to tell the market our story.
What You Will Do:
- Research on our user and analyse the consumer buying behavior & market trends
- Identify the consumer barriers which prevents our Products to be in consideration sets
- Drive programs and projects across the various customer touch points to build trust for the brand and its products and ensure that Products make it to the Choice Set and Purchase
- Craft communication narratives for rural consumers and channels catering to those consumers
- Conducting in-depth analysis to determine campaign effectiveness
- Produce, adapt, and advise on display and current marketing materials as needed in the field and point of sale
- Collaborating with Brand, Product Management & Sales teams
What You Should Have:
- Should have 8+ years of experience in Marketing with exposure to Rural Segment
- Consumer-facing industry background
- Forward thinking & the ability to foster innovation & creativity, while also maintaining a clear sense of business objectives
- Extraordinary communication & relationship skills including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally both up & down within the organization
- Ability to continuously re-prioritize & adapt to change & effective at managing change
- Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights & propose relevant recommendations.
- Driven leader who approaches things with a sense of urgency
- Able to handle ambiguity with grace
