About the Role

We're looking for a Product Marketing Head to lead end-to-end user activation, engagement, and retention strategies through data-driven personalization and hyper micro-segmentation. This is a strategic leadership role that blends analytics, marketing automation, and product storytelling to deepen user engagement and drive growth.

What You'll Do

1. Lead Product Marketing Strategy: Drive user activation and retention through precision segmentation and personalization.

2. Build and Optimize Recommendation Systems: Leverage data to design targeted user journeys that improve engagement metrics.

3. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Data Science, and Analytics teams to convert insights into impactful activation strategies.

4. Craft Targeted Messaging: Develop timely, personalized in-app campaigns that enhance user experience.

5. Manage End-to-End Campaigns: Oversee engagement programs focused on activation, retention, and user lifetime value.

6. Analyze and Improve Performance: Continuously monitor KPIs, segmentation models, and campaign outcomes for optimization.

7. Leverage Content Insights: Use content consumption data to refine engagement strategies.

8. Lead and Mentor a Team: Build and guide a high-performing product marketing team focused on engagement marketing and personalization.

What We're Looking For

1. 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or User Engagement, ideally in digital media or content-driven platforms.

2. Proven expertise in marketing automation tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, or WebEngage.

3. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a track record of measurable growth outcomes.

4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership.

Key Success Metrics

1. User Engagement: DAU, WAU, MAU, session duration, campaign interaction rates

2. User Retention: Churn rate, renewal rate, repeat purchase rate
