Role Overview


As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the go-to-market strategy and growth initiatives for a suite of B2C digital products. You will be responsible for defining product positioning, understanding the competitive landscape, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.


Key Responsibilities

- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end launch plans for new products and features, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and creative teams.


- Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks that resonate with target B2C audiences across various digital touchpoints.


- User Research & Insights: Conduct deep-dive market research and user interviews to identify pain points, market trends, and opportunities for product differentiation.


- Growth Marketing: Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize funnels and improve conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation.


- Sales Enablement: Create high-quality marketing collateral, including case studies, product guides, and sales decks to support business growth.


- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor offerings and market shifts to refine product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.


Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Data Analysis: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude) to track campaign performance and user behavior.


- Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and lifecycle email marketing.


- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills with an ability to simplify complex technical features into user-centric benefits.


- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
