Profile Overview:
- We are looking for a highly strategic, creative, and insights-driven Product Marketing Manager who can lead our product positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies across multiple international markets, including India, Thailand, Philippines, USA, Mexico, and key regions across Africa.
- This role is central to ensuring that our products resonate deeply with diverse audiences, reflect local market nuances, and achieve consistent adoption and revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in B2B SaaS, with a deep understanding of how product marketing fuels the customer lifecycle-from awareness, evaluation, conversion, to retention. They should excel at crafting differentiated product messaging, analyzing market dynamics, and executing performance-driven campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. A balance of creativity, storytelling, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration is essential to succeed in this role.
- As a Product Marketing Manager, you will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Creative, and Regional Marketing teams to influence product direction, launch strategies, and revenue expansion efforts. You will own how the product shows up in the market and ensure consistent, impactful communication across channels and geographies. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape global perception, drive customer engagement, and accelerate product growth at scale.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
- Develop, refine, and lead global GTM strategies for new product releases, feature rollouts, and market expansions.
- Ensure GTM plans align with regional customer needs, competitive landscapes, and market maturity levels.
- Build launch frameworks that include messaging, demand-gen, sales enablement, customer engagement, and performance tracking.
2. Market, Customer & Competitive Insights
- Conduct deep market research to identify customer pain points, product gaps, market opportunities, and emerging industry trends.
- Analyze competitors to shape stronger product positioning and identify differentiators.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, and Leadership teams.
3. Global Positioning & Localization
- Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated product narratives tailored to B2B SaaS buyers.
- Lead localization of product messaging, regional campaigns, and promotional assets to ensure maximum relevance and cultural sensitivity across India, SEA, US, LATAM, and African markets.
- Maintain narrative consistency while adapting tone and value propositions for local nuances.
4. Performance Marketing & Funnel Optimization
- Design and execute performance-driven funnels aimed at driving qualified lead generation, pipeline acceleration, onboarding adoption, and customer retention.
- Build nurture workflows that support cross-sell, upsell, and churn reduction initiatives.
- Use data insights to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign performance.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the voice of the customer, working tightly with Product, Sales, and Customer Success during pre-launch planning and post-launch evaluation.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure they are equipped with the right messaging, tools, and content to win deals faster.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders for all product launches and brand initiatives.
6. Sales Enablement & Content Creation
- Develop high-impact collateral such as pitch decks, battle cards, product briefs, competitor teardown documents, feature explainers, and case studies.
- Support the creation of blogs, videos, landing pages, and customer communications that drive awareness and adoption.
7. Marketing Automation & CRM Execution
- Manage automated workflows within HubSpot for targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns, lead nurturing, pipeline warming, and customer onboarding.
- Track user engagement metrics and optimize campaigns to improve conversions and retention.
8. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage GA4, HubSpot analytics, and product usage data to measure campaign performance, product interest, and conversion funnels.
- Present insights and recommendations regularly to senior leadership.
- Establish and track KPIs such as CAC, conversion rate, churn, and MQL-to-SQL movement.
9. Creative Direction & Brand Consistency
- Oversee the creative direction of key marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with design teams to deliver visually compelling materials across digital and offline channels.

Requirements
- 3+ years of proven B2B Product Marketing experience (SaaS preferred).
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Ability to manage complex projects across teams and time zones.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Bonus: Familiarity with design/prototyping tools like Figma.
