- Must have experience with HubSpot for automation, email, and WhatsApp campaigns.

- Must be highly analytical, with proven expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for performance & ROI tracking.

- Must have experience designing localized, Multi-Country marketing strategies.

- Must be proficient in creating sales enablement content (product decks, case studies, battle cards).

- Must be able to collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams

We are looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across multiple international markets including India, Thailand, Philippines, USA, Mexico, and Africa.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B SaaS products, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to tailor marketing strategies for diverse global audiences. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, creative execution, and cross-functional collaboration to directly drive product adoption, engagement, and market growth and revenue acceleration.

Roles & Responsibilities:


- Lead the development and execution of global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new feature releases and products, ensuring localized alignment.

- Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and customer research to develop and continuously refine compelling, differentiated product positioning and messaging.

- Own the localization of messaging and campaigns, collaborating with regional teams to ensure cultural relevance and maximum impact across target international markets.

- Design and execute performance-driven marketing funnels and digital campaigns aimed at driving qualified lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer nurturing for reducing churn & generating cross sell opportunities.

- Serve as the voice of the customer and the market expert, fostering deep collaboration across Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams for successful GTM execution.

- Develop high-impact sales enablement materials (e.g., product decks, battle cards, case studies) and compelling customer-facing content.

- Manage and optimize marketing automation efforts within HubSpot to execute targeted email, Whatsapp campaigns and monitor conversion performance.

- Apply a data-driven approach, leveraging Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other tools to measure campaign ROI, user behavior, and continuously optimize conversion paths.

- Oversee the design direction and creation of core marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.

- Global Positioning & Storytelling: Exceptional skill in crafting differentiated product positioning, compelling messaging, and localized content for diverse international B2B audiences.

- B2B SaaS Expertise: Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle, SaaS subscription models, and how product marketing supports pipeline acceleration.

- Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in interpreting marketing and product usage data to derive actionable insights and measure performance (ROI).

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively align and influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Creative teams globally.

Requirements:


- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B product marketing (preferably in SaaS or tech).

- Proficiency in HubSpot, Photoshop, and Canva.

- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Excellent command of written and verbal English.

- Bonus: Familiarity with design or prototyping tools such as Figma.
