Product Marketing Manager - B2B SaaS

Position: Product Marketing Manager

Location: Remote Bangalore based folks preferred

Experience: 5 8 Years min. 5 Years of SaaS Experience in product marketing roles

Should be from a SaaS based background

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a result driven product marketing manager with 5 years of experience in working with B2B SaaS high growth startup,.

Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for development of GTM strategy and its end to end execution

- You will be responsible for creating the qualified pipeline to enable sales team to achieve their monthly, quarterly quota

- You will be responsible for creating compelling product positioning and messaging for all marketing channels and collaterals including homepage, landing pages, outbound emails etc.

- You will work closely with outbound, performance marketing SEO, content and design team to ensure all content and messaging including blogs, case studies, website and emails aligns with product positioning.

- You will be responsible for training our internal teams on new or updated product features, messaging and positioning

Qualifications:

- Min. 5 Years of SaaS Experience in product marketing roles

- Should be excellent in verbal and written communication

- Have demonstrated expertise in creating the ICP definition, and identification of pain points, needs and creating a compelling narrative

- Strong analytical skills with a data driven mindset to derive actionable insights from marketing metrics

- Deep understanding of CRM and setting up marketing ops

- Brownie points for prior experience working with HR Technology products
