Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the voice of the customer, deeply understanding their needs and translating them into compelling product narratives. Your day-to-day will involve crafting and executing go-to-market strategies, developing product positioning and messaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Marketing Communications. You will work closely with product managers to influence the product roadmap based on market insights and competitive analysis. Ultimately, you will drive product adoption and growth, ensuring our products resonate with our target audience and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product enhancements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

- Define and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market and resonates with target customers.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development and marketing strategies.

- Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, and sales collateral, to drive product awareness and adoption.

- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to equip them with the knowledge and resources they need to effectively sell and support our products.

- Track and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns.

- Lead product marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, contributing to overall revenue growth.

- Manage product marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product marketing strategies that drive product adoption and growth.

- Proven ability to conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify customer needs.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and present effectively to diverse audiences.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing Communications.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
