Description:
Our Client is looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a strong bias toward storytelling, content creation, and narrative-led marketing to shape how complex, technical products are understood by the market.
This role will own the end-to-end product story - from positioning and messaging to high-impact content assets that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate excels at translating sophisticated technology into clear, compelling, and differentiated narratives that resonate with diverse buyer personas across the customer journey.
This is a hands-on, content-first role for someone who enjoys building from scratch, writing deeply, and owning the narrative across sales, marketing, and product touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Storytelling & Messaging:
- Own product positioning and messaging frameworks across platforms, features, and integrations.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, benefits-driven stories for non-technical and executive audiences.
- Develop compelling Why Now narratives that create urgency and relevance in the market.
- Adapt messaging by persona (technical, operational, executive) and by stage in the buyer journey.
Content Strategy & Content Creation:
- Own and execute the strategy and creation of high-impact content, including:
Thought Leadership & Website Content
- Website and landing page copy, including product overviews and use-case narratives.
- Long-form content such as blogs, POVs, and category explainers.
- SEO-aligned messaging, FAQs, and foundational content blocks.
Sales Enablement Content:
- One-pagers, pitch decks, and customer-ready sales templates.
- Demo scripts, objection-handling content, and competitive narratives.
- Messaging toolkits that help sales teams tell a consistent, compelling story.
- Content for feature launches, campaigns, webinars, and partner initiatives.
- Email copy, launch narratives, and campaign storytelling assets.
- Case studies, testimonials, and before/after narratives.
- Ghostwritten technical explainers and deep dives in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Internal Narrative & Alignment:
- Create internal messaging toolkits to align leadership, sales, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop battlecards, differentiation frameworks, and competitive positioning narratives.
- Act as the central owner of product language and narrative consistency.
Desired Experience & Capabilities:
- 58+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing roles.
- Strong experience in technology, SaaS, or platform-based products (startup or scale-up preferred).
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of content-led impact.
- Proven ability to simplify complex technology into clear, persuasive narratives.
- Strong instinct for structure, flow, and narrative clarity across formats.
- Experience creating content that directly supports sales conversations and deal progression.
- Ability to independently produce high-quality decks, documents, and written assets.
- Comfortable owning content end-to-end - from concept to final delivery.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, CMS platforms, CRM/email tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and leadership teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple content streams in parallel.
