Key Accountabilities :
- Develop and articulate the AI-native, real-time, compute-to-data platform narrative.
- Drive competitive positioning against global marketing automation, loyalty and decisioning platforms.
- Support strategic RFP responses with structured product positioning inputs.
- Collaborate closely with Principal PM, Modernisation and Module PMs to align narrative with roadmap direction.
- Ensure narrative consistency across modules, partnerships and vertical expansions.
- Develop sales enablement materials aligned to platform strategy.
- Monitor market, analyst and competitor positioning to continuously refine product messaging.
Mandatory Skills :
- 8+ years of product marketing experience within Loyalty platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value narratives.
- Experience positioning AI-native, data-centric or platform-based enterprise products.
- Strong competitive analysis and market positioning capability.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales and structured RFP responses.
- Strong written communication and executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with product leadership and influence positioning strategy.
Desirable Skills :
- Experience in marketing automation, decisioning, loyalty or engagement ecosystems.
- Exposure to telecom or retail technology markets.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, personalisation systems or real-time decisioning platforms.
- Experience supporting analyst engagements or industry positioning initiatives.
- Experience working in global B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience collaborating with ecosystem or strategic partnership teams.
