- Optimize performance across marketing channels through A/B testing, ROI analysis, and experimental campaign design.
- Develop and execute the short-term and long-term growth strategy for the product portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or an analytical role in a tech company.
- Strong ability to compile, analyze, and extract actionable insights from performance data; Excel mastery required.
- Strategic, results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Experimental and iterative approach to testing campaigns and optimizing performance.
- Experience developing marketing measurement systems and driving teams to meet ambitious growth targets
