The Mission
We are building the rewards infrastructure layer for the internet - enabling consumer apps and websites to launch and manage rewards instantly through no-code solutions. The mission is to make rewards simple, scalable, and impactful for modern consumer platforms.
We are looking for a Growth & Product Marketing Manager Lead who can own both strategy and execution - crafting a compelling narrative around Instant Rewards while building a predictable engine that drives high-quality inbound demand from emerging consumer platforms.
This is a founding marketing role with high ownership, direct impact on revenue, and close collaboration with product and leadership.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Positioning & Product Marketing (The Brain)
- Define the Narrative: Translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for Product Managers, Growth Teams, and Founders.
- Build Enablement Assets: Create high-impact sales and marketing assets including pitch decks, landing pages, case studies, ROI calculators, and product explainers that clearly demonstrate impact on metrics like LTV, retention, and engagement.
- Vertical Playbooks: Develop GTM playbooks for specific verticals (e.g., fintech, consumer apps, marketplaces, gaming, creator platforms).
2. Demand Generation & Campaigns (The Engine)
- Lead Generation: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand programs across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, partnerships, and relevant communities.
- Content-Led Growth: Own thought leadership through blogs, whitepapers, incentive frameworks, growth playbooks, and other lead magnets that establish category authority.
- Funnel Ownership: Track and optimize the full funnelfrom click to MQL/SQLusing data to improve CAC, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
3. Product-Led Growth & Lifecycle (The Heart)
- Onboarding Optimization: Partner with product and design to improve self-serve signup, activation, and time-to-value for the no-code platform.
- Lifecycle & Nurture: Build and manage email, WhatsApp, and in-product nurture flows to convert visitors and signups into active users and customers.
- Community-Led Growth: Actively represent the brand in No-Code, Product, Growth, and Founder communities to drive organic awareness, referrals, and partnerships.
Ideal Profile:
- Senior Growth Generalist: 712 years of experience across product marketing, growth, and demand generation in B2B SaaS.
- Relevant Domain Exposure: Experience in Fintech, MarTech, DevTools, or B2B platforms selling to consumer tech companies is strongly preferred.
- Hands-On & No-Code Native: Comfortable building landing pages (Webflow/Framer), setting up automations (Zapier), running experiments, and shipping without heavy engineering dependency.
- Data & Revenue Focused: Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, CAC, LTV, and pipeline metrics. You care about revenue impact, not just impressions.
- Founder Mentality: Comfortable operating in ambiguity, setting strategy from scratch, and executing with speed and ownership.
